LSB Particle Board is based on ordinary oriented strand board (OSB), with fine materials uniformly laid on the upper and lower surfaces using a diamond roller laying machine, resulting in a smooth and flat surface. The core layer is composed of large flakes arranged in multiple layers in an oriented manner, and the entire panel is formed by one-time hot pressing. The surface of OSB decorative panels is finer and smoother compared to regular OSB boards, which effectively reduces the cost of veneer processing while retaining the structural advantages of OSB boards, meeting various veneer processing needs.
LSB Particle Board use polyisocyanate (MDI) glue, LSB Particle Board has low formaldehyde emission and is insoluble in water, thus possessing excellent moisture resistance and weather resistance. The formaldehyde emission level is close to zero, making it safe for use in living environments.
